Hemostemix Inc. (Hemostemix) has announced the signing of a Global Master Services Agreement with My Next Health Inc. (MNH), and has, subject to TSXV approval, obtained a subscription from MNH in the amount of USD $150,000 at CAD $0.25 per Unit.
